Blue Heater 2 Towns, Floors, and Routes
Queens Town to Lotus Lands, including the Skeleton King unlock.
Blue Heater 2 is a stacked open world, not a single lobby. You spawn on Floor 1 in Queens Town, farm Flywood Forest, craft in Middlebar Town, and reroll in Sunshine Town. Floor 2 Silent Snowfields stays locked until Skeleton King falls in Flywood. Floor 3 is Desert of Death. Floor 4 is Lotus Lands under the live Fish Funland branding. This page is the errand map: where to stand for which job. Pair it with Quests for NPC names and Mounts so you actually ride between them.
Do not treat a new floor as a suggestion. If Silent Snowfields is still gated, you are not “exploring Desert of Death” — you are lost. Beat the gate boss, then move. Online parties help on those gates; the game is built for team-up, not for a single-player-only tour.
Floor 1: towns you will live in
Queens Town is spawn, stables, and the first NPC ring. Idy, Saina, Signia, guards, trainers, Axial, Benedict, and Gina all orbit this hub. Finish Getting Started here. Set your mental respawn to this square until Middlebar crafts matter more than trainer quests. The companion stand near Queenstown / Flywood is cosmetics only — walk past it until boards are done.
Flywood Forest is the first hunting ground. Slimes for Saina and for Wanted posters, then the named south and north camps that feed the boss guide. Southside is where many players meet Weeping Wyatt and Infernal Wolf. Northside holds later forest names such as Dreadestwood. Skeleton King’s dungeon (Castle Mourne) is the Floor 2 key, not a side cave you save for “when I am bored.” Learn the forest roads on the Old Horse so you can chain posters without opening a map every thirty seconds.
Middlebar Town is the blacksmith. Bring wood and ore, not a wishlist. Craft the weapon school you already trained. Dumping rare mats into a level 3 stick because it has a new icon is how you delay the first real sword or staff. Visit Middlebar when a quest or a full bag sends you, then leave. It is a shop, not a hangout.
Sunshine Town is the midgame capital: global market, bounty shop, and the Bleeder Bits vendor that resets stats. Event companion stands show up here too. End poster loops in Sunshine when you can so bits, bounties, and a market listing happen in one dismount. If you outgrow Flywood dailies, this is the town you log out in.

Floor 2: Silent Snowfields and the catacombs
Unlock path: defeat Skeleton King in Flywood Forest. Until that dungeon is clear, ignore snow screenshots. Once it is open, ride for quests, not for vibes. Castle Ellem is the Goat Herding landmark (Erebik, 100 Goatmans). Yriem, Zirik, and Ulrer also sit on this floor — run them as a circuit from Leveling. Light Town (snowfield starter shop) replaces Queens Town as your buy-and-repair stop while you live here.
Catacombs sit on the lower ice shelf. They are a multi-floor route with skeleton keys and side chests, not a Floor 1 slime pit. Watch your stamina on the drops — Controls matter more in vertical ice than they did on Flywood dirt. Walk (X) on narrow ice. Dash (E) is for slams, not for skipping a staircase into a void. If you came here from a catacombs video, bring a mount to the entrance, then dismount and treat the interior like a dungeon.
Vampire’s Lair (Dracula daily) is worth pinning mentally even if it is not a “town.” High EXP, easy once you know the door, easy to forget if you only think in forest terms. Put it on the same mental list as War Room boards.
Cold Mount Box is the Floor 2 mount chase. Do not buy a box instead of turning in Goat Herding. The horse you already own still beats walking the snow.
Floor 3 and Floor 4: desert, then Lotus Lands
Desert of Death is Floor 3. Heat, range, and scorpion packs punish underbuilt accounts. Come here when Floor 2 one-time quests are done and your weapon matches the tier list. Orian’s dungeon (Sun Palace) is the desert boss people actually name: Platemail, Red Cooler, Abyssal Voidflame, Solflame Staff. Scorching Sands boxes (Dune Rider, Scorpion, Tyrodon) are the mount upgrade for this biome. Infernal Wolf as a mount is a later collect; the Flywood wolf boss is a different errand.
Lotus Lands is Floor 4, the current endgame slice. Sreig lives here (Zetsukai, Metsurai on the loot line). Read the Lotus Lands update for what the patch actually added instead of assuming the desert still is the cap. Floor 4 does not make Floor 1 posters obsolete on a fresh character. New accounts still start in Queens Town.
How to travel without getting lost
- Mount (M) in every outdoor transit. Inventory and stamina stay untouched.
- Chain errands by town: trainers in Queens, crafts in Middlebar, bits in Sunshine, snow quests on Floor 2.
- Unlock floors with bosses, not with curiosity. Skeleton King → Silent Snowfields. Later bosses → desert and Lotus Lands. Tactics on Bosses.
- Log out in the town that owns tomorrow’s posters.
- Ignore companion stands and empty code promises while you are mid-route.
If you can name the town that sells a stat reset, the forest that holds Skeleton King, the snow landmark for Goat Herding, and the floor number for Lotus Lands, you know enough map to play. Everything else is a pointer on the left of the HUD — follow it, then ride.
