This Blue Heater 2 tier list hub is the map of the live meta after the 15 June 2025 full release and the Silent Snowfields stat rework. Frank Development’s Roblox action RPG is free on PC, mobile, console, and VR, and you can team up online for PvE and PvP. Rankings here assume that context: a permanent race, six stats you can still reset, and weapons that only scale if you feed them the matching damage stat.

Use the three child pages together, not as isolated lists. Race rankings decide your ceiling because lineage never changes. Weapon rankings decide which stat actually deals damage. Build rankings stitch those two choices to a point spread you can copy at the Sunshine Town vendor. If you only bookmark one page from a new slot, start with races, then confirm the weapon, then lock the numbers.

How this list is ranked

S-tier means the setup clears Flywood through Desert of Death without a dedicated healer and still has a plan for Lotus Lands. A-tier means you need either better dodge timing or a party before the same floors feel fair. B-tier and below are real kits with a job; they are not jokes, but they lose hours on a solo ladder. We weight kill speed in packs, boss burst windows, mana or health sustain, and how hard the kit is to brick if you mis-spend early points.

We do not rank cosmetics, overlays, or companion models. Those never change combat. We also do not invent promo code lists or an official Trello; neither exists in a usable form, so power comes from loot, quests, and Bleeder Bits. Snapshot after Silent Snowfields

S-tier combat cores

• Enlightened + Staff — Mana Harvest refunds 5% mana on kill. Highest burst once Intelligence and Focus are stacked. Default first character if you have no preference.
• Demon + Scythe or Sword — Soul Reaper refunds 5% HP on kill. Best solo sustain in packed rooms. The safe physical main.

A-tier specialists

• Fenris + Dagger or Rapier — Predator’s Instinct adds 10% crit for 5 seconds after a kill (10s cooldown). Melts single targets if you already know controls well enough to dodge on reaction.
• Elf + Staff healer — Nature’s Grace returns 10% of your HP when you heal someone else. Mandatory in coordinated boss groups, painful as a solo grinder.
• Ragnarok Axe hybrid — Mythic Desert of Death drop with +90 physical and +90 magic. A late pivot, not a starter plan.

B-tier and below

• Nekorata kites with +50% stamina regen. Lapin double jumps for free. Both are movement races that still need a real damage stat.
• Human takes +25% gold from enemy drops. Combat last place. Most gold is still from selling loot, so the passive rarely pays for the damage you gave up.

Weapon rungs follow the same logic. Stick and the Iron shop line (Rapier, Spear, Dagger, Axe, Claymore, Sword, Scythe) plus Scrap Knife are the Floor 1 tools. Glacial shields and Magic Apprentice Robe or Light Leather Coat carry you through snow. Gylath (Jail Guard quest), Orian’s Solflame Staff / Abyssal Voidflame / Platemail, and Sreig’s Zetsukai and Metsurai in Lotus Lands are the chase pieces. Karlia’s Lifesteal Lance skill is the sustain patch for swords, rapiers, spears, and daggers that are not already Demon scythes.

How to use the three lists in order

1. Pick the race you can live with for the whole account. There is no race potion. Bleeder Bits reset stats only.
2. Match a weapon class to that race: Staff for Enlightened or Elf, Scythe or Sword for Demon, Dagger or Rapier for Fenris. Do not pump Strength on a staff.
3. Copy a tested spread from the build rankings page: 50/30/20 for the two S-tier kits, 50/25/25 for Fenris, 40/30/30 for Elf.
4. Farm quests and leveling routes until the next named weapon is legal, then replace the Iron tool. Skip vanity companions until the live weapon is upgraded.
5. When Desert of Death opens, decide whether you stay on-role or roll the Ragnarok Axe into a hybrid. Respec in Sunshine Town after the drop, not before.

Party content does not rewrite the list; it changes who you bring. A Demon farmer still wants Elf nearby on Orian. A Fenris assassin still wants someone else to hold aggro. Online team-up is real, so a four-player locations run can field one of each S and A kit and skip the movement races entirely.

What we refuse to overrank

Agility-first spreads, even-stat “balanced” trees, and Human gold alts as mains. After Silent Snowfields, Strength, Intelligence, and Dexterity deal 2 damage per point (up from 1), Vitality is 10 HP per point, and Focus is only 3 mana per point (down from 5). Dumping Focus because the old tooltip felt generous is how mages still go dry. Dumping Agility on a greatsword is how you look busy and still lose trades.

If a YouTube clip or a script overlay disagrees with the numbers above, trust the in-game sheet and this hub. Meta shifts when Lotus Lands bosses get tuned, not when a cosmetic box rotates. Check patch notes after big floors, then come back here and confirm the child pages still match your slot.

For a first-hour path that does not fight the list, leave Queenstown on Enlightened or Demon, buy the matching Iron weapon, put the first Vitality chunk in before you greed damage, and only then open the race and build articles to copy the rest of the tree.
