Getting Started in Blue Heater 2

Blue Heater 2 launched in full on 15 June 2025 after a 2024 alpha and a February 2025 beta. It is free to play on Roblox (place 16893821047), runs on desktop, mobile, console, and VR, and supports online team-up for PvE and PvP. The live title branding you will see is Fish Funland; Lotus Lands is Floor 4, not a separate game. This page is the first-hour plan. Do the steps in order. Skipping the mount or locking the wrong race is how new accounts stall before they ever reach Flywood Forest.

There is no working promo code box. If a video thumbnail promised free gems, ignore it and keep this wiki’s codes hub bookmarked for later patches. Community Discord sits on the links hub; there is no official Trello.

Lock a race you will keep

Race is permanent. You can reset stats later with Bleeder Bits at the Sunshine Town vendor, but you cannot reroll lineage. Treat the character-create screen like a build lock, not a cosmetic picker. Full rankings live on the race tier list and the builds page. The short version:

Demon plus a scythe or sword is the default solo pick. Enlightened plus Staff is the default caster pick. Fenris is fine if you already know you want daggers. Elf needs a group that actually takes heals. Human is the weakest combat race; the gold bonus does not help you kill Skeleton King.

After race, you spend points across six stats: STR (swords, axes, greatswords), DEX (daggers, rapiers), VIT (10 HP per point), AGI (stamina), INT (magic), and FOC (mana, 3 per point after the rework). Do not spread evenly. Mage Burst goes INT > FOC > VIT at roughly 50/30/20. Physical DPS goes STR > VIT > DEX at 50/30/20. Crit Assassin (Fenris + dagger) goes DEX > AGI > VIT. Blue Heater 2 beginner guide (races, builds, leveling)

Queens Town in the first 30 minutes

You spawn in Queens Town. Do not sprint into the woods yet. Talk to Idy first if you want the like/join group currency, then pick up Saina’s slime kills. Those two quests teach the log and put coins in your pocket without a boss check.

Next, find Signia at the stable and start the Old Horse quest. The horse is on a nearby hill / watchtower path. Free it, turn the quest in, and press M. Mounts do not eat inventory slots or stamina. Walking between towns is the most expensive mistake in the first hour. The full mount tree, including later boxes, is on Mounts.

Village guards and Commander Bait send you into the outskirts. Do those while you are already mounted. Then visit the weapon trainers and pick one school that matches the stats you just planned: sword or axe if you stacked STR, dagger or rapier if you stacked DEX, staff if you stacked INT. Training quests grant the class skills you will bind to 1–4. Axial in the tavern and Benedict’s giant slime are the next combat checks. Gina teaches a healing skill — take it even on a DPS race; self-recovery plus Demon leech is how you stay in Flywood without a healer.

Read Controls before you fight anything with a name. WASD moves, Space jumps, a second Space is a stamina double jump, LMB attacks, E dashes (stamina), Q sheathes, F blocks on a shield or one-hand, R opens the menu, X walks, and 1–4 fire skills. Some clients also expose Shift lock. Dash is not a panic button; it is your i-frame and your cliff killer.

Leave town with a loop, not a wander

When the Queens Town chain is done, ride to Flywood Forest. Kill slimes until Saina and any daily combat boards are complete, then look at Wanted posters and War Room dailies before you hunt named bosses. Random packs are filler. Dailies plus one-time Floor 1 quests (Old Horse, Calming Waves, Slime Slayer, weapon training, Dead Silence, and similar) are the real XP. The ordered list is on Quests and the XP math is on Leveling.

Geography you need on day one: Queens Town (spawn and mount), Flywood Forest (slimes and the first boss ring), Middlebar Town (blacksmith), Sunshine Town (market, bounties, Bleeder Bits). Floor 2 Silent Snowfields stays locked until you beat Skeleton King in Flywood. Floor 3 is Desert of Death. Floor 4 is Lotus Lands. The map page is Locations. Do not walk into a Floor 3 desert because a thumbnail said it was the new meta; your stats will not be ready.

Named Flywood fights — Weeping Wyatt, Infernal Wolf, Malignant Malcolm, Dreadestwood, Skeleton King — are gear and skill checks, not sightseeing. If a fight scales with extra players, bring a party instead of padding the boss. Tactics and drop notes are on Bosses. Companions from the stand near Queenstown / Flywood are cosmetics; they do not add combat buffs. Do not spend early currency on a pet when a blacksmith craft would raise your damage.

Before you log off the first session, confirm four things: race matches the tier list, Old Horse is bound to M, one weapon school is trained, and tomorrow’s login starts on dailies rather than on a random slime field. If those four are true, you have actually started Blue Heater 2 instead of just spawning in it.
